Members Acoustic Showcase
The purpose of the Acoustic Showcase is to give some of our solo members an opportunity to be involved in presenting and perfoming in a live show in front of a live audience. The next Acousitic Showcase is scheduled for winter 2018.
Spotlight Concert Series
The purpose of the Spotlight Concert Series is to give some of our members an opportunity to perform along side a professional performing artist. As part of this series, SLAM also support Guitars For Vets which is a Not For Profit society that offers free guitars for the veterans who suffer from PTSD.
Original SLAM on AIR
An original song writing/performing contest open to all SLAM in Airdrie members. The winner of the contest will receive generous prize package. The contest is open to receive submissions from July 1 to August 19, 2017 and the six finalist grande finale concert is on September 11, 2017.
